I hired Dean to do a full painting of a 2 bedroom flat, in an extremely limited time frame. We did the consult on a Saturday, he showed up to start the job on a Sunday (!!!) and was finished ahead of schedule! He did a great job and was very detail oriented – even thinking to take out the peep hole in the front door to paint it, which I would never have thought of. Seems like he also does general flat repairs as well. I will definitely be calling him again for further jobs in the future. Will also be recommending him to people in my building. ~ Jessica

Dean far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend him. We hired him initially to repair the cracks and paint the white masonry on the front of our Victorian terrace and to also do some tiling on our front walk. Once we saw what a great job he was doing we also asked him to repair a fence in our back garden. Dean has carried out work on my 2 buy to let properties recently. His work has been of a high standard. He posted to me videos to update the work as I’m managing the properties off the mainland. Dean collected the keys of the properties, one empty and one with tenants In residence ,from the real estate management. Dean has been a life saver on many occasions for our house on Poplar Road, SE24 0BL. He’s done painting, decorating, tiling, guttering, plumbing and some building work. Dean did an excellent job of redecorating the exterior of our house which had lots of cracks and missing bits of masonry that needed repairing - you wouldn't now know where the cracks once were. He also replaced our gate posts which were badly rotten but now look very smart. Dean has very exacting standards with a meticulous attention to detail. ~ daniel s

Dean has repaired the balcony door lock in my flat. He is incredibly efficient, professional and very polite.
